Pike strives to develop men through finding their intellectual and personal potential. Alpha Delta Pikes major in everything from Engineering and Science to Management and Architecture. Each semester brothers are named to the Dean’s List, and many brothers participate in the Georgia Tech Study Abroad programs.
The brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha serve as leaders inside and outside the classroom. Some work at the CRC as intramural supervisors and officials while others have even opened their own companies. Pi Kappa Alpha has recognizable leaders in corporate America, such as S. Truett Cathy, Gil Amelio, General Philip M. Breedlove ’79, and other government and high ranking military officials.
Each year Pike is the team to beat. We compete in every intramural sport, and Pike recently won the school championship in wiffle-ball as well as the flag football Fall Classic. Also we finished runner-up for school corn-hole and dodgeball.
Pikes are well-known as gentlemen on campus and in the IFC. Each semester Pike has mixers with sororities on campus, and in the fall we have brothers participate in TeamBuzz and other philanthropy events. This past fall, Pike held its 2nd Annual Fireman's Challenge, which was a great success.
